While we all look at our spiritual lives on the seventh day, it is good to have an awareness spirituality every day. Just being aware of our spiritual lives provides hope and something to live for. Viktor Frankel said this best in his book Man’s Search for Meaning, when he said that even in the concentration camp one can still decide what shall become of him spiritually. This spiritual consciousness does not need terrible circumstances in order give your life meaning. The following tips can help you see this more concretely.
- Know that you are what your thoughts are, keep your higher being first and foremost in your life
- Give thanks each day for the simple act of arising from slumber and greeting another day
- Make your higher being your reason for your self improvement
- Embrace your suffering for that which does not kill you makes you stronger
- Let your higher being see who you truly are for you are perfect in His eyes
Practice these tips each day and bring your spiritual side each and every day.
