We are often accountable to any number of people; bosses, parents, siblings, children, friends and neighbors. How often are we accountable to ourselves? We know how to be accountable and a good friend, but we need to learn how to do some self inspection every now and then. You cannot begin to ask others to be accountable to you until you are accountable to yourself.
Self-evaluation involves writing down all the accomplishments you have received, but also write down all the areas you need some improvement. Be brutally honest, only you will see this. Then write a plan to accomplish improvements and enhance what you are already doing well. Go live with Elan.
