What exactly does a life coach do? I get this question quite a bit, and heard repeated more often at Blog World 2009, where I have just returned home from. The simplest and easiest answer of coaching lies in what we always see and hear from in the sports coaching world. The coach of a team guides and directs the actions of the players. The players do the work on the field, however, they are coached constantly.
The most successful teams and individual players all have coaches who help reach the achievements they do. Are these coaches the best players ever? Many of the most successful coaches were not the best players, however, they knew how to get the best out of their players they coach.
That is perhaps the best example of how coaches see the game and are in a good position to get the optimal results from the players on the field. Life coaches perform much the same function. We help our clients reach their goals because we have a larger view of the playing field than the individual. We are constantly studying human performance and know how to motivate people to do things they did not think was possible before.
In this photo is my own life coach JB Glossinger. He has guided me for more than a year now and has helped reach the pinnacles of success. That is what I bring to my clients. I help them reach their goals, dreams, and aspirations. What are your desires? If they are strong enough, invest in yourself and get a coach to help you get what you want out of life.

Interesting and informative. But will you write about this one more?
